Rozeta Labs SMS Terms of Service

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Rozeta Labs LLC, doing business as Rozeta Labs ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Consent

By checking the applicable consent checkbox(es) and submitting your phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Rozeta Labs at the phone number you provided. You understand that:

• Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Transactional messages include account notifications, alerts, reminders, and support communications.
• Marketing messages include promotional offers, updates, and other commercial content, and require separate, explicit opt-in.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your account activity, preferences, and the types of messages you have opted in to receive.

3. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier for details about your plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message received from Rozeta Labs. Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

6. Eligibility

Our SMS program is available to residents of the United States. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

7. Privacy

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
